Senior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery and construction equipment and related systems
- Need to inspect, diagnose and fix faults in the equipment
- Able to strip and overhaul Diesel engine and hydraulic system and parts
- Build and assemble machines or mechanical components according to requirements
- Inspect machines, engines, transmissions etc. and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues
- Attend breakdowns on-site
- Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner
- Perform thorough maintenance on machinery, equipment and systems
- Clean and apply lubricants to machinery components
- Replenish fluids and components of engines and machinery
- Able to diagnose mechanical problems and perform repairs independently.
- Ability to operate equipment and tools involved in machinery repair.
- Keeping track of repairs, maintenance and servicing record.
Requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience working with repairs and maintenance of engines / light construction equipment.
- Good knowledge of equipment parts and hydraulic system, electrical systems, fuel systems
- Able to read parts manual and operation manuals, schematic diagrams
- Construction experience would be an advantage
- Organized and ability to communicate effectively
- Willing to work overtime
- Willing to work in outdoor conditions
- Fresh graduates with NITEC/ Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical/ Automotive/ Diesel Engine related discipline also encouraged to apply.
